The humble beginning of construction contractor-ship started in late 1980’s by our Chairman & Managing Director Sri. Shanker Rao Kotarki in Bidar District of Karnataka. The legacy of Contractor ship business is continued by family generation to generation. The era of contracting has continued to golden years from 2000’s onwards under the Leadership of Mr. Shanker Rao Kotarki by Incorporating from Individual Contractorship Licence to Private Limited company and incorporated on 8th March 2004 as KOTARKI Constructions Private Limited. First of its kind in the region to serve the nation.
